What Matters, In Minutes

Challenge:
For this short advertisement, we aimed to showcase Glovo’s role in delivering not just food but emotions. Our concept revolved around a long-distance couple who argued through passive-aggressive Glovo orders, with the courier caught in the middle. Through humor and storytelling, we needed to balance Glovo’s core values—speed, user-centricity, and optimism—while ensuring the narrative remained engaging and clear, all within a short runtime. Time constraints and the complexity of visually conveying the evolving emotions made this a challenging yet exciting project.

Solution:
As a director, actor, and editor, I juggled multiple roles to bring our vision to life. Filming required strategic shot planning to maximize our limited time while keeping the story visually compelling. Editing was another challenge—ensuring the progression of the couple’s emotions was understandable while maintaining comedic timing. In the end, this project reinforced my ability to tell meaningful stories within constraints. It also highlighted how creativity and strong visual storytelling can transform a simple food delivery service into something that evokes laughter and relatability.
